Missing Dog-Max (North Norman/Newalla OK)

Max, 13 yoa, male, Blue Heeler/Border Collie Mix, lost North or Lake Thunderbird 7/3/13. He's mostly Black with a large fat tumor on his right shoulder. He's got no tail and is neutered.
