MISSING MALTESE

My White Small Mini Maltese Male is missing. He is 8 years old small and has a microchip that is not registered. He is also neutered (altered). He went missing on Archdale Drive and Old Pineville Road in Charlotte. His hair is cut short (maybe shorter than the first 3 pics and a little longer than the short cut pics being it's been 2 months) He has been missing since September 2014.
