We lost our Blue Quaker parrot, and my 4 year old is heart-broken!!! His name is "BUDDY", and he is Carolina blue. He just had his wings clipped, and wasn't supposed to be able to fly...only flutter. He was last seen on Friday Oct 31 in the Harris Blvd/ Sugar creek area. If found PLEASE CONTACT ASAP!!! My family would be forever in your debt! Thank you! ☎ 704-595-3136
